How much do your
invitations cost?
We work with the budget planner
all the way through to the formal black tie gala. Because we do all
our own designs and assembly, you determine the budget and we create
a gorgeous design that fits right in with what you need. In most cases, we also do the printing in-house. Our
invitation sets begin at $1.50 per printed card/envelope and go up from
there. We produce a quote after speaking with you and line-item everything
you’ve requested, so you know exactly what you’re getting,
down to the smallest detail, and how much it will cost you.
Why aren’t
there any prices on your website?
All our designs are custom created to match
your specifications. The
price will vary based on the type of stock you select, whether matte,
metallic, patterned or textured stock. The style and variety of embellishments
will also vary the price, as well as the kind of pockets, ribbons,
charms or other additions you choose to add in. If you see a
design you like in our galleries, give us a call or contact
us online and we can give you a quote.
What is the minimum I have to order?
We have a minimum of 15 invitations or announcements per order.
I want something
completely original. What can you suggest?
Original is our specialty! Are you a nature lover or environmentalist?
Let us print your invitations on post-consumer products that are
100% tree-free. Or go one step further and choose from our Share,
Plant, Grow line of seeded papers that can be planted after the invitation
is no longer needed, providing a beautiful reminder of your event
with blooming wildflowers. For a fun design, we can offer one-of-a-kind
pop-up invitations or even cartoon likenesses where our artist will
create a caricature of you in a special setting to be used for your
invitation. For
our formal clientele we suggest beautiful hand-embroidered invitations
like none you’ve ever seen. We also offer scrolled invitations,
message-in-a-bottle sets and a large variety of imprintable and watercolor
designs.

Go Green. What can you offer?
You’ll love our line of eco-friendly papers using plantable and
tree-free stationery. Our plantable invitations are specially
handmade papers embedded with gorgeous wildflower seeds. It’s
made from 100% post-consumer waste fibers and recycles itself into
wildflowers. Once your guests read your stationery, they can
plant it in a pot of soil and remember your special event as it blooms
on their windowsill. We also offer table favors, coasters, business
cards, bookmarks, calendars, journals, bottle bibs and plantable confetti
using this line for a truly Green Event.
Do you design Message-in-a-Bottle type invitations?
Absolutely, we have many bottle sizes, both glass and plastic, as well
as bottle confetti, sand, shells, umbrellas, and many other inserts
to match the tone of your event.
Do you offer calligraphy services?
Yes, we offer both machine and hand calligraphy for all your invitation
needs.
Can you help me with wording ideas?

Will you print the guest list on my envelopes?
Any guest list typed into an excel spreadsheet
can be downloaded and printed directly onto your envelopes. We also include the return
address on outer envelopes, either on the top left or on the back flap. We
will match your invitation font and color for a perfect set. Pricing
for envelope printing is $0.60 for inner and response envelopes and
$0.90 for outer envelopes. If you don’t want to be bothered
with typing the list in Excel, you can send it to us in any format,
even handwritten, and we’ll type it up for you at a cost of $1.25
per envelope.
Can you create matching postage stamps?
That’s all the rage now, to have a specific element seen on
your invitation carry through to your postage stamp, and we’re pleased
to provide the design and printing service. Whether a small flourish,
an image, or your monogram, we can create the perfect compliment. We
work in conjunction with Pitney Bowes and USPS to create a postage stamp that
matches your invitation and your RSVP and is fully compliant with postal requirements. It’s
just an extra touch that will have your guests smiling and set your invitation
apart when they find it in their mailbox!
Can I just order blank stock and envelopes if I want to print my own
invitations?
Yes, we do as much or as little as you want. Click

our line of colors, paper, stock and envelope types, and even pocket
folders, z-cards and many other types of items for your design. You
can order blank stock from us if you want to print your own and we
will drop ship directly to your door.
Can you design my business materials?
We have many clients around the country
for which we design and print their business materials. Call
us for quotes on letterhead and envelopes, business cards, marketing
postcards, brochures and many other items.
Do you provide RSVP Tracking?
Yes, we offer a tracking service
and will report back to you weekly so you know exactly who is coming
and who is not. The cost
for RSVP tracking is based on the amount of guests on your list and starts
at $100.
Is there a storefront location I can visit?
We have a showroom located in West
Boca Raton, Florida. Our
hours are 3pm to 7pm on Monday through Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday. Our
hours are built to fit around your work schedule and we function by appointment
only. This allows us one-on-one time with you so we get every
detail of your event and are not distracted by people coming and going.
Our appointments are scheduled in 1-1/2 hour increments. We also offer
free in-home consultations to the surrounding area.
I know
what I want – how do I get started?
Step one: give us a call and tell us exactly
what you want. We
will then create a custom quote and send to you via email, outlining
what each item will cost. To get started, we require a 50% deposit,
which will get your blank stock ordered from our suppliers. While
that stock is in transit, we will begin your custom design. You
will receive an emailed proof of the entire design, and you will be
given up to five edits of each item at no additional cost. Once
you give your approval, a printed and assembled design will be sent
to you via USPS mail if time permits. When your final approval
is received based on the printed sample, we go into production. Your
final payment must be received before your order can ship. If
you are local, we hand-deliver your order and collect payment at that
time.
Do you accept credit cards?
Although we prefer personal or business
checks, we do accept credit cards through PayPal. If you do not have
a PayPal account, that’s not a problem, we simply invoice you through the system.
All you need is an internet connection and email address to receive
and pay the invoice. There is a 2% fee for paying via credit
card to cover our cost.
